Refill Station Terms

  1. Use of Our Refill Station

a. Customer Responsibility
• Customers must ensure containers brought for refill are clean, dry, and appropriate for the selected product.
• We are not responsible for contamination caused by dirty or incompatible containers.

b. Product Safety
• All refill products must be used according to manufacturer instructions.
• Customers accept responsibility for how products are used once they leave our premises.

c. No Returns on Refills
• Due to sanitary and safety reasons, refill purchases are final.
• We cannot accept returned or exchanged refill products.

    • We provide information about ingredients and usage based on manufacturer sources.
    • Product availability may change at any time.
    • We do not guarantee that a product will be suitable for every customer’s specific needs.
  2. Cleaning Services

a. Scope of Services
• Services performed will follow the agreed-upon checklist or contract.
• Additional tasks must be approved in advance and may incur extra fees.

b. Customer Obligations
• Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Ensure pets, valuables, or hazards are secured.

c. Service Limitations

We do not handle:
• Heavy lifting over 25 lbs
• Hazardous waste
• Biohazards (bodily fluids, mold, animal waste, etc.)
• Chemical-sensitive areas unless agreed upon in writing

  1. Payments & Billing
    • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
    • Late payments may result in fees or service delays.
    • If automatic billing is used, customer agrees to keep payment information current.
  2. Appointment Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
    • We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or weather.
  3. Damage & Liability

a. Refill Station
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, mixing, or storage of products after purchase.
• Customers assume responsibility for the condition and suitability of their refill containers.

b. Cleaning Services
• If accidental damage occurs caused by our team, you must notify us within 24 hours.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the amount paid for the service.

c. Limits of Liability

We are not liable for:
• Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products
• Pre-existing damages
• Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  1. Health, Safety & Environment
    • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for staff or customers.
    • We promote environmentally responsible practices and may provide guidelines for chemical use and disposal.
  2. Third-Party Services & Vendors

We may work with third-party providers for:
• Payment processing
• Booking systems
• Accounting or communication tools
• Product supply

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party systems, but we take reasonable steps to choose reliable partners.

    • Refill items are non-refundable.
