A little help where you need it most. Our Essential Cleaning service provides light cleaning of selected areas using plant-based and eco friendly cleaning products. It is ideal for clients who need help with kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, or floors not more than 2 hours with one cleaning Technician or 1 hours with 2 cleaning technicians.

Tell us your priorities when booking. Our technician will work through the agreed tasks in priority order within your booked appointment time. The amount completed depends on the size and condition of the selected areas.

General Questions

Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

No. As long as we have clear instructions on how to access your home or business, our team will take care of the rest. We bring all the necessary supplies and equipment.

We use eco-friendly, plant-based cleaning products that are safe for families, children, and pets whenever possible.

Yes! We provide all cleaning products, equipment, and supplies needed to complete your service.

Scheduling & Cancellation

How much notice is required to reschedule or cancel?

We appreciate at least 72 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Our cancellation policy is:

  • More than 72 hours: No cancellation fee
  • Within 48 hours: 25% of the cleaning fee
  • Within 24 hours: 50% of the cleaning fee
  • Same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled cleaning fee

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, simply notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Please note: Our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee does not apply to hourly specialty cleaning services.

Specialty & Hourly Services

Do you offer hourly cleaning?

Yes. Hourly cleaning is perfect for:

  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Renovation cleanup
  • Organizing projects
  • Custom cleaning requests
  • Large homes
  • Areas outside our standard cleaning packages

Hourly cleaning is billed per cleaner with a 3-hour minimum.

Hourly service is ideal when:

  • The scope of work cannot be accurately estimated.
  • You have a customized cleaning list.
  • You want us to prioritize tasks within your budget.

Services We Do Not Provide

Do you clean while contractors are working?

No. For everyone’s safety, we do not clean while painters, plumbers, electricians, or other contractors are actively working.

No. We do not move heavy furniture, appliances, pianos, safes, or other large items.

No. We ask homeowners to move valuable or fragile items before your appointment.

No. Our team does not climb higher than a two-step ladder.

No. We do not provide biohazard or hazardous material cleaning, including:

  • Mold remediation
  • Blood or blood spills
  • Human or animal bodily fluids (including urine, feces, vomit, or other bodily fluids)
  • Pest infestations
  • Fire, smoke, or soot damage

No. We do not perform plumbing, electrical work, maintenance, repairs, or handyman services.

No. Dishwashing is not included in our standard cleaning services.

No. For health and safety reasons, we do not clean human or animal urine, feces, blood, vomit, or other bodily fluids.

No. We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, hazardous, or could damage our equipment or place our team at risk.
