Weigh your empty container and record the weight. This helps us measure your refill accurately so you only pay for the exact amount of cleaning product you dispense.

Fill your container with any of our available cleaning products. All refill products must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Once the product leaves our premises, customers take full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use.

Bring your filled container to the register. We’ll weigh it again, subtract the empty weight, and charge only for the product added. Because of sanitary and safety regulations, all refill purchases are final—we cannot accept returns or exchanges on refilled items.
