At Natures Cleaning Services, we value transparency, quality, and safety. This Refund Policy explains our rules regarding returns, exchanges, and service concerns.
- All Sales Are Final – No Refunds on Any Products
Natures Cleaning Services has a strict NO-REFUND and NO-EXCHANGE policy on all physical products, merchandise, and items sold.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Spray bottles
• Pump bottles
• Containers
• Reusable bottles
• Cleaning tools and accessories
• Any packaged cleaning products
• Any chemicals, detergents, soaps, or supplies
• Any products purchased through the refill station
• Any item sold inside the store
No refunds, no returns, and no exchanges will be issued for any product once payment is completed.
This policy is in place for:
• Health and sanitation reasons
• Safety and contamination concerns
• Product integrity
• Inventory and liability protections
- Refill Station – Absolutely No Refunds
Due to contamination risk and the nature of refill products:
All refill station sales are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions.
Once a refill leaves our counter, it cannot be returned, replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
• Their bottles are clean
• Bottles are compatible with the selected product
• They select the correct product before filling
- Cleaning Services – 24-Hour Correction Period
We are committed to quality service. If you are unhappy with a cleaning service:
You must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.
Once notified:
• We will schedule a return visit to correct the issue at no cost.
• A refund is considered only after the correction opportunity has been provided and only if the issue still cannot be resolved.
Refunds will not be issued if:
• The 24-hour window has passed
• We are not given a chance to correct the issue
• The complaint falls outside the agreed-upon service scope
• Conditions inside the home changed after service
- How to Report a Service Concern
To request a correction for cleaning services:

• A brief explanation of the concern
We will respond within 24–48 business hours.
- Final Decisions
Natures Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse refunds when:
• The request does not meet policy requirements
• A correction opportunity was declined
• The item purchased is non-refundable (all items)
• The request falls outside this policy

By purchasing products or services from Natures Cleaning Services, the customer agrees to this Refund Policy.
